Mira Washroom Products & Specialties accepts returns for defective items due to manufacturing or workmanship issues within 30 days of purchase. Returns for shipment errors or damaged items are also accepted within 30 days. Special-Order and Clearance items are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
We may request valid ID before accepting returns and reserve the right to limit or refuse returns. For warranty or return evaluations, items must be returned in person to our address.
