Division 10 is all we do

What we’re actually good at

Washroom accessories look like a commodity right up until the inspector arrives. The wrong grab bar projection, a dispenser mounted out of reach, signage without braille — small items, expensive to put right after the fact.

We spend our days on that one section of the drawing set. That means we can tell you which model actually clears the code, what the lead time really is, and where you can substitute without triggering a re-submittal. Our commitment to our customers is simple: we strive to meet your satisfaction, and that’s a guarantee.

Who we work with

General contractors and sub-trades pricing Division 10 packages. Facility and property managers replacing fittings across a portfolio. Architects and specifiers who need a submittal package that matches what was drawn. And plenty of one-off orders — a school replacing a run of dispensers, a restaurant fitting out a new site.

How we ship

Stocked lines usually leave our Concord warehouse within two to three business days. Orders over $200 ship free anywhere in Canada; below that, a flat $35 shipping fee applies, shown at checkout. For project work we consolidate the whole schedule into a single delivery to site — one PO, one shipment, one invoice.
